Dr. Andrew Bozeman Donelson
With vast experience in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Bozeman takes pleasure in helping his patients get the smile they’ve always wanted. Dr. Bozeman earned his BA from David Lipscomb University and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Science from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He practiced dentistry in San Diego for nine years before moving back to the Nashville area. He and his family live in Franklin where he enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball teams in Williamson County.
Dr. Norman Calway-Fagen Bellevue
Known for his courteous nature and gentle care for his patients, Dr. Calway-Fagen has been practicing dentistry for more than thirty years in Nashville since earning his doctorate from Meharry Medical College. He and his wife Norma, a local psychologist, have two adult sons, Michael who is an artist in San Diego and Danny who is an aspiring professional golfer.
Dr. Chris Fammatre Cool Springs
Dr. Fammatre, a former biochemist, is committed to providing the best dental care for his patients using the latest dental technology. After relocating to Nashville in order to attend Meharry Medical College, Dr. Fammatre and his wife now call the area home. Although a California native, Dr. Fammatre is an avid Titans fan.
Dr. Tania Hunter Hendersonville
A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the Meharry School of Dentistry, Dr. Hunter treats her patients with care and compassion, ensuring they’re comfortable both in and out of the dental chair. Tania completed an additional hospital dentistry residency at Meharry and was an instructor there for three years. Along with her many years working in private practice and other dental organizations, she invests a lot of time in extensive continuing education courses in order to provide her patients with the best possible care. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, she has made Nashville her home, along with her husband and their three children.
Dr. Ryan Minyard Murfreesboro
Originally from Fresno, CA, Dr. Minyard is a graduate of the University of the Pacific where he played college soccer and later received his Doctorate in Dentistry. After practicing dentistry on the West Coast Dr. Minyard moved to the Nashville area in 1994 where he now lives with his wife and their three kids. An avid soccer player, Dr. Minyard continues to play in local recreational leagues here in Tennessee.
Dr. Jeffrey Moore Hillsboro Village
Dr Jeffrey Moore’s career began serving in the Air Force as a dentist in Little Rock, Arkansas. After staying in AK as a part of a group practice for 24 years, Dr. Moore returned to his native Nashville in 2009 to rejoin his family living in the area. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Martin, he earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. When he's not spending time with his daughter and two grandchildren, he enjoys hobbies that include fly fishing, hiking, and camping.
Dr. Carson Rimer Bellevue
With an extensive background and training in smile makeovers, Dr. Rimer has been practicing dentistry in the Murfreesboro area for the past 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, where he earned his BA in chemistry and then his Doctorate of Dental Science from University of Tennessee, Memphis. With a large blended family of seven children, and an equally large menagerie of pets, home life with his wife J’aime is never dull. When he can find a spare moment, Dr. Rimer enjoys fishing as well as riding motorcycles and tinkering with electronics.
Dr. Keith Van Benthuysen Brentwood
A proud member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Van Benthuysen received his B.A. with honors from the Citadel and his D.M.D. from the University of Florida. He began his dental career in the U.S. Army before entering into private practice in Florida more than two decades ago. Since joining the Embassy Dental family in 2006, he now lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife Beverly and their young son.
Dr. Austin VanDusen Donelson
Dr. Austin VanDusen, a Midwestern at heart, graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and earned his doctorate from Creighton University where he became a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental fraternity. Additionally, he received advanced training through a one-year dental residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. VanDusen is an avid Cornhusker football fan and in his spare time he enjoys strumming his guitar, bicycling and hiking.

Dr. Jeffrey Carter
Dr. Jeffrey Carter is an accomplished surgeon who serves as a distinguished member of dental and medical societies such as the American Dental Association, the American Medical Association, the Nashville Academy of Medicine, and the American Society of TMJ. Since earning his B.S. from Tufts University, his D.M.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, and his M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, he has been printed in over fifty publications including chapters in books, journals, and interactive videos and computer software. Dr. Carter is also the director of fellowship and internship programs and dedicates his time to serve in visiting professorships and lectures/abstract presentations at universities around the country.

Dr. Shaletha Bolden
An accomplished student, professor, and professional, Dr. Shaletha Bolden maintains a private practice in Franklin, TN. While earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College, Dr. Bolden excelled as an award-winning student, earning numerous scholarships as well as an induction nto the Omicron Omicron Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. She served as an assistant clinical professor at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio while earning her Certificate in Endodontics and her Master of Science degree in Dentistry. She is an active member of organizations such as the American Association of Endodontists, Tennessee Dental Association, National Dental Association, and American Association of Women Dentists and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Orthodontist
Dr. Marlin Grimes
Dr. Marlin Grimes boasts over 43 years of experience in general dentistry, with a rich background in orthodontics, and as a professor at the University of Tennessee Memphis Orthodontic Graduate Program. He received his B.A. and M.A. at the University of Mississippi, his D.D.S. at University of Tennessee, as well as his M.S. of Orthodontics from the University of Tennessee. In addition to several other organizations, Dr. Grimes actively serves on the board of the Tennessee Dental Association, the Nashville Dental Society, and the American Association of Orthodontists as well as his role as a Diplomat for the American Board of Orthodontics.
