Dr. Andrew Bozeman Donelson

With vast experience in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Bozeman takes pleasure in helping his patients get the smile they’ve always wanted. Dr. Bozeman earned his BA from David Lipscomb University and then went on to earn his doctorate of dental science from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. After a one-year residency in La Jolla, California, he practiced dentistry in San Diego for nine years before moving back to the Nashville area. He and his family live in Franklin where he enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball teams in Williamson County.

Dr. Byron Bush Donelson

Dr. Bush has practiced in the Nashville community for the past 30 years, following his graduation from and teaching at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry (Department of Prosthodontics). He aspires to provide the very best that dentistry has to offer, every time, with a caring and empathetic touch. In addition to dentistry, he has been active in state and national politics and was a candidate for the US Senate in 1994. Among his many interests, he scuba dives and is an instrument-rated pilot for complex, high performance airplanes. Dr. Bush is married to Kelly and they have two sons.

Dr. Calway-Fagen has been practicing dentistry for more than thirty years in Nashville, ever since earning his doctorate from Meharry Medical College. He’s known for his courteous nature and gentle care for his patients. He and his wife Norma, a local psychologist, have two adult sons, Michael who is an artist in San Diego and Danny who is an aspiring professional golfer.

Dr. Fammatre, a former biochemist, is committed to providing the best dental care for his patients using the latest dental technology. After relocating to Nashville in order to attend Meharry Medical College, Dr. Fammatre and his wife now call the area home. Although he is from California, Dr. Fammatre is an avid Titans fan.

Dr. Friday practiced for 29 years in Fort Myers, Florida, following her graduation from and teaching at the University of Tennessee Dental School (Department of Fixed Prosthodontics). In addition to her general dentistry practice, Dr. Friday was the Forensic Odontologist for Lee County, Florida, working with the three medical examiners to identify victims and analyze bite-mark cases. When at home she enjoys the company of her two rescue dogs. Her hobbies are running, high altitude trekking, and traveling. She has backpacked mountains in the Himalayans seven times and the Andes four times. Her focus has always been to deliver consistent quality dentistry focused on patient care and comfort.

A third-generation dentist who practiced for 37 years in Minnesota, Dr. Haedge joined Embassy Dental in 2008 to live closer to his family here in Franklin, TN—including two of his six children and seven of ten grandchildren as well as his mother. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentists, American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, St. Paul District Dental Society, Nashville Dental Society, and Tennessee Dental Association. Dr. Haedge received both his B.S. and D.D.S. from the University of Minnesota where he later served as a Clinical Professor of Prosthodontics. When he’s not in the office or spending time with his family, Dr. Haedge can be found on the golf course or hunting pheasants, depending on the season.

Dr. Ryan Minyard Murfreesboro

Originally from Fresno, CA, Dr. Minyard is a graduate of the University of the Pacific where he played college soccer and later received his doctorate in dentistry. After practicing dentistry on the West Coast Dr. Minyard moved to the Nashville area in 1994 where he now lives with his wife and their three kids. An avid soccer player, Dr. Minyard continues to play in local recreational leagues here in Tennessee.

In addition to having an extensive background and training in smile makeovers, Dr. Rimer has been practicing dentistry in the Murfreesboro area for the past 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (Chatanooga) where he earned his BA in chemistry and then his doctorate of dental science from University of Tennessee (Memphis). With a large blended family of seven children, and an equally large menagerie of pets, home life with his wife J’aime is never dull. When he can find a spare moment, Dr. Rimer enjoys fishing as well as riding motorcycles and tinkering with electronics.

Dr. Keith Van Benthuysen Brentwood

Dr. Van received his B.A. with honors from the Citadel before earning his D.M.D. from the University of Florida. In addition to being a member of the American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association, he is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Van began his dental career in the U.S. Army before entering into private practice in Florida more than two decades ago. He joined the Embassy Dental family in 2006 and now lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife Beverly and their young son.
